Web Catalog Business Analyst

Yoh has a multi-year long term contract opportunity for a WEB CATALOG BUSINESS ANALYST to join our client in Bothell, WA.

Job Overview:

This is an opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in the client's B2B eCommerce capabilities, while representing the group to all stakeholders including external customers. It will be important for the Catalog Analyst to be able to identify and work cooperatively with all identified stakeholders. The Catalog Analyst will use innovative approaches to better serve the customer and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- The Catalog Analyst is a member of a dynamic B2B group which consists of highly motivated data analysts who are responsible for creating and maintaining all products and reports for the B2B Mobility eCommerce suite of applications.
- This person will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day functioning of our data analyst team, while focusing on the following key responsibilities:
- Managing workloads to ensure tasks are completed on time with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinating and supporting new requests for device, accessory, rate plan, features, and promotions.
- Identifying and creating new tools to support data management and other critical functions within the B2B eCommerce Group.
- Coordinating, creating, and maintaining data reports.
- Reviewing, researching and routing production issues for resolution.
- Training team members.

Job Qualifications:

- Experience in a high volume, data processing environment.
- Highly experienced using SQL/PERL to query/update Oracle based data environments with strong ability to associate tables without the aid of database diagram/schema.
- Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving ability with high degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency.
- Must be flexible with schedule for emergencies and deployments.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- The Catalog Analyst should be a passionate, energetic, highly organized, and professional with unrelenting attention to detail.
- Available for on call 24/7 - rotation.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

- Knowledge of ATG Commerce suite of products.
- Knowledge/experience with Mobility BMG products and processes.
- Knowledge of TOAD and Oracle.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
