Web Catalog Analyst Job

WEB CATALOG ANALYST needed for an ongoing, LONG-TERM MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client, a mobility company located in Bothell, WA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Researching and responding to inquiries regarding profiles, functionality & general content
- Analyzing needs of the business and help identify issues that require Catalog Team attention.
- Manage and/or Assist in any additional projects as necessary.
- Work closely with all Premier teams during and following development of new releases to ensure that all areas of functionality are covered.
- Assist in UAT testing as required for new releases into Premier.
- Managing workloads to ensure tasks are completed on time with 100% accuracy.
- Test functionality of site to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
- Coordinating and supporting new requests for device, accessory, rate plan, features, and promotions.
- Identifying and creating new tools to support data management and other critical functions within the B2B eCommerce Group.
- Coordinating, creating, and maintaining data reports.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bring your Experience in a high volume, data processing environment.
- Experienced using SQL/PERL to query/update Oracle is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving ability with high degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency.
- Must be flexible with schedule for emergencies and deployments.
- Available for on call 24/7.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an E-commerce environment
- Experience in an enterprise-sized environment
- Oracle knowledge
- PM Experience
