Web Associate

Responsibilities:

•Researching the customer's business and industry using available resources
•Taking the customer through a telephone consultation, overcoming objections and showing knowledge both in the product and the customer's business
•Writing error free content that accurately reflects the customer's business
•Working to a tight deadline in a production environment
•Effectively managing numerous accounts

Required Skills and Experience:

•Excellent spelling and grammar
•Excellent IT/computer skills
•An interest in the Internet and website creation
•An understanding of Internet search and how it works
•Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
•A great telephone manner and customer service experience
•Able to write accurate and creative marketing copy

These positions are offered on a 6 month fixed term contract, on either our day or twilight shift:

Day: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Twilight: 5:30pm to 1:30am Monday to Friday

N.B- Assessment centre's are due to take place on 15th and 29th November therefore please have your applications submitted by 13th or 27th November (limited spaces available on both).

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
