Web Associate

Responsibilities:

◦Researching the customer's business and industry using available resources
◦Taking the customer through a telephone consultation, overcoming objections and showing knowledge both in the product and the customer's business
◦Writing error free content that accurately reflects the customer's business
◦Working to a tight deadline in a production environment
◦Effectively managing numerous accounts

Required Skills and Experience:

◦Excellent spelling and grammar
◦Excellent IT/computer skills
◦An interest in the internet and website creation
◦An understanding of internet search and how it works
◦Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
◦A great telephone manner and customer service experience
◦Able to write accurate and creative marketing copy

These positions are offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, on either our day or twilight shift:

Day: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Twilight: 5:30pm to 1:30am Monday to Friday

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable.
