Web Applications Tester, Contract, Amsterdam

For one of my major clients, I am looking for an experienced Web Applications Tester (UAT and functional). Someone who has experience with setting up test automation for the launch of a new Website/new CMS.

The role will be a mixture of testing both Front End and Back End side, mostly HTML/CSS, Javascript and PHP.

The full specification is as follows:

Minimum 5 years experience of software/web development/testing and engineering within a commercial, high traffic environment.

Experience with testing tools like Selenium.

Experience with Agile Development, requirements analysis & test design, end to end testing.

Embedded software development knowledge gained in a commercial environment (telecom) is of benefit.

Experience with software development and testing of (handheld) devices like mobile phones and tablets will be a big plus.

Experience working with outsourcing partners on-shore and off-shore.

Knowledge/experience with positioning technologies at specific layers or across a fully integrated product stack, and experience of positioning test equipment.

Knowledge/experience with automated testing.
