Web Application Support

We are looking for an application Support consultant for the following role based in central Brussels.

Experience in a Support environment, J2EE, WCSM (Web Content Management System), Incident Management, Release, change and Configuration management.

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support of webapplications in an environment of 3 tiers (web, application and databases).
Experience with the analysis and diagnosis of incidents that occur with web applications in a complex environment (load balancers, SSL termination, DB cluster)
Experience in the analysis and diagnosis of incidents with J2EE web applications (preferably Oracle Weblogic)
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Demonstrated experience in the structured configuration, management of the versions, the methods of construction and publication in a J2EE environment.

Several years experience in a complex Back End environment:
- Databases
- Network
- Application Servers
- Webservices
- SOA
- Virtualisation (cloud)

Good oral and written English is a must, Dutch or French is a plus.
