CONTRACT Web Administrator - FL

Nature of Work:
Design and implement Web Farm and Web component architecture, perform security monitoring and remediation, and configure and maintain IIS/.Net websites and applications.

Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the following:

- Support of IIS in a production environment
- Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, including use of Dynamic HTML and AJAX with UI/UX design methodologies, wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Visio. Sr. Level requires a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the following:
- Web Architecture creation
- Web Security design and implementation o Supporting multiple types of web Servers; eg Apache, IIS, Weblogic, WebSphere, IBM WebSeal in a production environment.
- Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, including use of Dynamic HTML and AJAX with UI/UX design methodologies, wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Visio.

Skills and Abilities

- Ability to perform code review for third party developed web applications components
- At least one Web security certification: CIWSA, GWEB, GWAPT, or CIW-SP
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and be able to handle multiple projects with very tight deadlines.

Education and Knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
- Must have experience with, and a strong understanding of, requirements for new IIS implementations.
- Understanding of .NET application and databases

Responsibilities:
In this position you will be required to perform the following tasks and items:

- Web site Security Monitoring Design Web Farm and Web Infrastructure layouts
- Troubleshoot websites written in a variety of programming languages including PHP, .Net, Classic ASP, Java Administer Multiple Web Server platforms simultaneously.
- Expertise with multiple types of web Servers; eg Apache, IIS, Weblogic, WebSphere, IBM WebSeal.
- Design code migration life cycle methodology for .NET and classic ASP applications from development to QA to production.
- Design a maintenance schedule to keep environments operational and monitored.
- Design a backup and disaster recovery methodology to be able to restore IIS, web server content and other web related information.
- Monitor and address performance issues for IIS/.Net and classic ASP applications and websites.
- Troubleshoot and/or resolve connectivity issues or website errors.
- Support the implementation of newer web initiatives involving web development life cycle methodologies.
- Design Web server hardening and security experience
- Expertise with various authentication mechanisms as they relate to web sites, including LDAP and Token based Authentication.
- Develop a backup and disaster recovery methodology to be able to restore IIS, web server content and other web related information
- Support the implementation of new web initiatives involving web development life cycle methodologies
- Oversight of code management and code promotion procedures
- Develop and deploy a maintenance schedule to keep environments operation and monitored.
- Develop and deploy a code migration life cycle methodology for .NET and classic ASP applications from development to QA production.
