Web/.Net Developer

Help architect both internal and public websites, design data-driven applications, and find efficient Client Server solutions. Understand the needs of the business and assist in developing the tools needed to help the business function as efficiently as possible based off of information, ideas, and solutions from various departments. Serve as the go-to expert in using all the dynamic programming tools of the Web. Work both independently and as part of a programming team. Work hard & smart and know that the end goal is to make it work. Making it work will require understanding of all phases of the project life cycle, from gathering requirements to testing, implementation and support, ensuring that we achieve all the goals set forth and come up with the best possible experience for the user.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Design Tools: HTML, ASP.NET, SharePoint Designer, Silverlight
- Languages: C#. NET
- Technical Tools: ASP.NET, ADO.NET, BizTalk, MQ, SharePoint
- Database: SQL Server

IDEAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

- Will have fluent understanding of all the languages that make up the diverse structure of a website
- Experience developing applications for business and Information technologies using key technologies including but not limited to: .Net, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS.
- Develop and socialize testing of new or updates application code with the IT team.
- Document software design, logic and application code using enterprise tools such as SharePoint.
- Conduct code reviews with team to communicate new or update software functionality.
- Adhere to Source Control processes and procedures to insure application availability.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions for business problems.
- Work with both Application Developer and Data Analyst in ongoing agile sprints
