Wcdma BTS/RAN System Tester

Projektbeschreibung

Key Responsibilities:

1) Participating in WCDMA RAN level feature/requirement analysis.
2) Be main responsible person for Entity Feature Specification of BTS.
3) Guide SW development and Testing from architecture point of view
4) Approver of module level architecture specifications
5) Cooperation with BTS architecture teams in other countries
6) Possibly join the 3GPP standardization
7) Facilitating the new BTS product development, technical interface with 3rd party vendors.
8) Facilitating the BTS level new feature and requirement workshop.
9)   Be part of Agile Feature teams that develop solutions for the WCDMA Base Station(3G NodeB) User Plane BaseBand
10) Besides developing(Design & Code) the features, develop documents
11) Role requires candidates to develop and maintain NodeB Layer-1/2 components for the User Plane

Skills required:

For Developers:

Excellent skills in C development with related tools like static analyzers (lint/klocworks), memory management and profiling tools (valgrind, gcov or equivalent)

Need to have strong background in Layer2 tools and techniques (DSP Programming, Scheduling, Power Control, Resource management)

Need to have strong background in Physical Layer tools and techniques (like DSP Programming/Coding/Encoding/Receiver)

Working knowledge on 3GPP specifications

Excellent inter personal, communication skills

Ability to handle challenging work

Desirable:

Excellent domain background in WCDMA/HSPA.

Basic Qualification for all positions

BE/BTech/MTech/M.E/MCA
