Project Overview/Role Description

Wastethey oversee a national programme to ensure that lower activity waste is managed.

Deliverables (for contract)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE;

- Developing, agreeing and completing documents, registers and other contract management documents to ensure site delivers the services, manages new residual risks and realises opportunities and benefits of the suppliers.
- Generating of the contract and commercial management deliverables, including some reporting against progress to the Head of Commercial Delivery for the waste Portfolio.
- Identifying, analysing, and managing the contract and commercial risks, issues and assumptions.
- Leading on further competitions, co-ordinating and assessing tender documentation and producing recommendation for award.
- Leading on contract and commercial management of new service projects placed through the services framework during engagement.
- Providing support and guidance to both internal parties and external customers and suppliers.
- Supporting service project transition and development of standardised service project documentation.
- Supporting the Contract Manager in the establishment of supplier relationships, to build, strengthen and maintain new and existing relationships.
- Supporting the review of the C
- Strong commercial and contract awareness and experience in purchasing and contract management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience of leading or clear involvement in complex business programmes.
- HNC qualification or equivalent.
- NEC3 term service contract.
