WAS Design Engineer

I am currently looking for a number Design Engineers to join a Subsea company in the West Scotland area; this is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company.

As the role of Design Engineer you will be expected to:
* Generate conceptual designs
* Write and check technical documents
* Prepare reports
* Verify designs
* Attend design reviews and check drawings
* Prepare design layouts
* Perform Engineering calculations

To be considered for this role you should have experience in the following:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
* Understanding of test procedures
* Soildworks, Inventor (or similar package), MathCAD, FEA, Ansys
* Calculations (hand)
* Working to industry standards
* 5 years - 7 + experience in role
* Worked with Subsea equipment
* General Oil & Gas (if no subsea exp)
