A leading Service provider of IT communication is looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Barlborough.The role will require you to manage email updates and incident logs.

The role will require you to record, monitor and track all faults logged. You will be assisting the team in meeting SLA's, keep the customer updated and address any escalated issues.

You will have the ability to manage multiple work streams, work to strict deadlines; ability to maintain strong communication with the customer and you will have worked in fast paced environment.
