Warehouse Management Consultant

Management Consultant, Warehouse Management (WMS), 3 - 6 Month contract, Manchester area, £375 - £400 per day, URGENT!

Our client are currently looking for a Management Consultant with a strong background in Warehouse Management to join them for a initial 3 months though will extend to a minimum of 6 months+.

Brief about the requirements are below:

- MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT with strong focus on Warehouse Management
- 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as a consultant with a focus on warehouse management
- Ideally should have worked on next generation warehouses for process industries like CPG and Pharmaceuticals
- DEVELOPED TECHNOLOGY AGNOSTIC DESIGN OF WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS covering WMS, WCS and process control layers for a large CPG or pharmaceutical firm
- Should have understanding of Warehouse operations and processes
- Should have understanding of Material handling systems and control systems utilized within large/next generation Warehouses
- Define To-Be business requirements based on business objectives, pain points and operational goals
- Assess COTS products and recommend product best fit for business needs
