WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

DURATION:  3-month contract (W2)

LOCATION:  Oakland, CA  94621

JOB NUMBER:  52932

CLIENT:  One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

DEPARTMENT:  Pharmacy Warehouse

HOURS:  M-F 11:00am to 7:30pm

SIZE OF TEAM:  Mainly work with all Warehouse Management Team (11 Managers and Supervisors)

STAGE OF PROJECT:  Some are ongoing and some are in planning phase

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- SOX documentation (receiving and shipping)
- SOP and Policy & Procedure revision
- Document process changes and revise documentation
- Warehouse Training documentation and tracking
- Collect Warehouse performance data, reports and manage data upload for ASE (ActiveStrategy Enterprise) metric tool
- Track and work with IT for system enhancement and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Participate and collect UBT (Unit-Based Team) department initiatives and manage documentation
- Revise and manage current Job Aids for warehouse functions and duties

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous warehouse experience
- SOX compliance
- MS Office Suite and MS Access
- Warehouse Management Software
- SOX Compliance and Warehouse Operational Performance Metrics
- Onelink (or similar platform)
- OSHA requirement
- People skills
- Willing to work with various levels of personnel, warehouseman, department clerks, and engineers
