Warehouse Forklift Driver/Warehouse Worker Job

Yoh Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established aerospace engineering company based in the Northwest. They are looking to recruit a warehouse picker to work in their busy distribution Centre. This is a great opportunity to work with unique aerospace parts for the newest aircraft being built today.

If you are interested and available for this long term contract opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:

Experience within a large warehouse environment

Preference for candidates who are experienced in handling aircraft parts.

Candidates who have the knowledge or who are willing to get a known consigner certificate and fork lift certificate. This is affiliated with handling air cargo.

Experience as a forklift driver

Conduct processing, picking of orders in the correct priority sequence

To weigh, count bag and label parts according to the requirements of the customer

Conduct order quantity changes and confirm on system

Put stock away in the correct location

Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times

Adhere to the Company Health and Safety Policy

Endeavour to improve quality of work wherever possible

Inform the Team Leader of any process errors or system issues in a timely manner
