An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spares Ordering Controller to join a market-leading telecommunications company in Coventry.
The Spares Ordering Controller will be responsible for reactive spare part management. They will be required to review and monitor ticket allocations for spare part requirements and ensure that the Dispatch Centre's KPIs are met.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
*Working knowledge of managing stock and spare parts.
*Good exposure to ticketing systems eg Remedy.
*A history of liaising with engineers.
*Working knowledge of managing issues as they arise, escalating to management when necessary.
*Demonstrable experience of working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
