Wanted: Freelance Software Test Engineer - 3 Months Project

For a client of Progressive we are looking for a FREELANCE SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER to work on a 3 month project in The Hague. As a test engineer you will work in a scrum team and you will facilitate the tests for the rebuild of a specific industrial software application. You will be responsible for analyzing, identifying and the documentation of defects and (test) results. As a software test engineer you know how, what and when it needs to be tested and completed.
It would be perfect if you have a software development background and can help the developers with programming in C, C++, Java and / or Python when there is time left.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Working experience in software testing (industrial software is a plus)
-Knowledge of Linux / Unix
-Work experience of a programming language (C, C++, Python and / or Java)
-Matlab is a plus
-ISTQB / TMAP is a plus
-Bachelor of Master

Project length: 3 months
Location: The Hague
Interviews: ASAP
Start date: May 2015
