Major Firm is seeking a WAN/LAN Contractor with experience working in multi-site multinational environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6-8yrs of network engineering is required.
- Ability to travel occasionally to complete projects and installations in the locations as required.

CORE TECHNOLOGIES:

- Knowledge of current WAN and LAN networking standards.
- Expertise in the maintenance techniques required for IP Networks and Cisco hardware and software.
- Knowledge of internal and external routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Experience with campus switching best practices.
- Ability to use and configure network monitoring and configuration tools such as Solarwinds Orion.
- Ability to apply IP, MPLS, and VLAN state of the art approaches in the implementation of new offices.
- Knowledge of wireless networks and ability to install wireless LAN networks.
- Basic coding techniques and the ability to automate processes to implement and manage the network environment.
- Experience with SSL and IPsec VPN remote access.
- Ability to manage structured wire infrastructure.
- Experience with WAN acceleration.
- Experience with LAN/WAN quality of service methodologies.
- Experience with load balancing technologies.
- Knowledge of network security practices.
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors.
