A position is now available for a WindowsWindows 2008 Server, Windows 2008 HyperVisor
- Some experience in supporting and administering the Windows 2000/2003/2008R2 Server deployments.
- An understanding and some administration of the server and desktop management systems eg SCCM and Altiris Notification and Deployment Server
- Experience in supporting remote desktop management infrastructure.
- Some Scripting abilities eg Visual Basic, WMI query and PowerShell
- Knowledge of server and desktop security - Antivirus solutions and MS Windows Software Update Service (WSUS)
- Some knowledge or experience with virtualisation
- Experience using ITIL compliant help desk applications to action support requests from a diverse and distributed client base
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL Change Management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with
- High level interpersonal, and customer service skills
