* Experience with the set up Vulnerability Scanning solution and the related operational processes
* Experience integration of Vulnerability Scanning solution with a SIEM
* Experience with the delivery of a Vulnerability Management service
*Conduct workshop and review the current people, process and technology aspects of Vulnerability management
*Review current available document and artefacts, identify gaps
*Review outstanding RAPs, evidences and interview the current operational teams
*Document gaps for VM against IBM standards.
*Identify tactical improvements for VM processes and document them
*Capture and document the VM processes, tools architecture and other key data including (location of assets, licenses, status of RAPs)
Profile
. Senior Security Consultant
. Experience with the set up Vulnerability Scanning solution and the related operational processes
. Experience integration of Vulnerability Scanning solution with a SIEM
. Experience with the delivery of a Vulnerability Management (VM) service
In the first phase of the project an snapshot of the current vulnerability management solution must be made
Main Activities are:
. Conduct workshops and review the current people, process and technology aspects of Vulnerability management
. Review current available documents and artefacts, identify possible gaps
. Review outstanding improvement plans, evidences and interview the current operational teams
. Document gaps for VM against IBM standards.
. Identify tactical improvements for VM processes and document them
. Capture and document the VM processes, tools architecture and other key data including (location of assets, licenses, status of improvement plans
In the second phase of the project the improvements have to be implemented. A technology choice has already been made: Qualys. So if the candidate has experience with the implementation of a Qualys based VM then that is a plus
