Voir Property Repair Coordinator

Void Property Repair Coordinator with relevant technical/housing qualification required for short term contract with public sector client in Kilmarnock.

Duties will include:

- Provide a void property repair service to the housing stock
- Ensure void property repairs are completed within agreed targets, to lettable standard, within budget and to customer satisfaction
- Ensure the void property repair service is achieving yearly improvements
- Geographically coordinate the void property repair team
- Coordinate and ensure the application of the rechargeable void repair processes and associated budgets
- Manage effectively all resources  such as building, equipment and other assets

Essential Skills required:

- HNC/SVQ Level 3 in a Housing or technical related subject or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Knowledge of performance culture within Scottish Housing
- Knowledge and understanding of building industry regulations
- Performance management and service improvement in a customer focused organisation
- Managing and monitoring of budgets
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and implementation of work practices
- Management and development of employees including the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Microsoft Office packages
