VoIP/Telecom Engineer/Zurich Switzerland/Cisco CUCM/Voice

We are currently looking for an experienced TELECOM/VOIP ENGINEER for one of our renowned banking clients situated in the Zurich area.

TASKS:

- Take part in planned Unified communication Project
- execute changes (Soft-MAC) in the area of Cisco CUCM
- 2nd/3rd Level Support for Voice and Voicerecording
- test new functions of VoIP and Voice-Recording solutions
- execute Firmware Upgrades on Voice Gateways and IP Phones
- define concepts for new or changed customer requests

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- multiple years experience in the areas of Voice, Voice-Recording, Cisco CUCM, NICE, and ASC Voice-Recording
- know how in the areas of Voice-Recording and Telecom Architecture or Consultancy
- Project experience in a international environment

NECESSARY TRAININGS:

- technical education is must have
- Cisco CCNA Voice is nice to have

LANGUAGES:

- Very good German and English knowledge is a must have
- French would be a plus
