VOICE/UC SUPPORT ENGINEER
INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT (PLUS EXTENSIONS), IMMEDIATE START OPPORTUNITY BRISBANE - CBD 

Our client excels in aligning IT systems with the business goals of large to medium Government, education and corporate clients across Australia and overseas.
The role will involve assisting with all aspects of the delivery of enterprise voice services to internal customers including the management of the hardware and technology used. Very much a hands on team player role.

You will:
Work through BAU ticketing queues for UCCE solutions to ensure smooth and effective maintenance and migration to new technology/versions.
Provide support in the execution of project implementation.
Work with call flow and implementation teams requiring voice/systems/network support.
Provide technical guidance to the project team and customers.
Support Cisco UC and/or UCCE systems with multiple endpoints in numerous sites across Australia from branches to Call Centres.
Ensure systems availability, integrity and security.
Have excellent Customer Service skills. 

You have:
IT/business qualifications, together with relevant industry experience (CCVP)
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability in to work in a team environment and autonomously Windows server services sufficient to support the administration of UCCE
Knowledge of a broad range of Cisco voice products, analysis, troubleshooting, call flows, Scripting and alarms
Experience of voice infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning and service impact
Detailed knowledge and experience in Cisco UC & Gateway
Detailed knowledge and experience in Call Manager (7 and above), UCCE, CVP
Detailed knowledge and experience in Cisco Call Centre Reporting

Skills in Cisco solutions across a range of voice related technologies, coupled with recent experience with VOIP, Contact Centre Technologies, Cisco Call Manager and other IP Tel solutions will make you stand out from other applicants.
