Project management - coordination with the Voice/Telephony program
Initiate a survey of which shortcodes are used from which sites ad get the result from local organisations
Obtain the current short codes translations
Identify the needed changes of the short code translations
Plan and issue the change requests for the implementations
MUST HAVE/MANDATORY SKILLS:
Project management skills
Voice/Telephony experience (understanding of voice routing on PABXs and Call Managers)
Project management - coordination with the Voice/Telephony program
