Voice Telecom Deployment & Support Engineer

Voice Deployment Telecoms Engineer required for a 6 month contract based in Dublin, Ireland.

As the Voice Deployment Telecoms Engineer you will be responsible for the:

*Avaya Deployment and Support
*Cisco Voice deployment and support
*Lync Voice Deployment Support

Daily duties:
Designs, plans and leads implementations of telecommunications voice systems. Providing technical guidance regarding technology and proposed upgrades to equipment. Acts as project leader with projects of short to moderate duration and with limited budgets. Consistently applies business knowledge in the design of telecommunication voice solutions. May occasionally assign work or provide direction to less experienced team members. Works on larger and more important telecommunication voice projects or more than one project at a time.

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Comprehensive knowledge of telecommunications voice programs/systems for the purpose of identifying and addressing business user needs. Applies knowledge of telecommunication voice hardware and software to develop solutions to highly complex business problems. Competent to work in all phases of telecommunication voice solutions/projects. In depth knowledge of all telecommunications voice aspects. Knowledge of network systems design, requirements, and operations. Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.
