- Concept and Integration of Mobile Services
- Service Management mobile / fixed voice
- Provider management mobile services, hardware suppliers, SMS providers
- Preparation of technology white papers for decision makers
- Mobile services quality control
- Interpretation and communication of customer requirements (understanding the VOC)
- Coordination and management of (mobile) voice projects
- Billing and cost controlling
- Process optimization
- Change management
- Organising and hosting of meetings with customers and suppliers
- Evaluation of new / emerging communication solutions
- ITIL V3 knowledge
- Experience in management of realtime communication projects
- Excellent coordination skills
- Portfolio knowledge of main vendors like Alcatel, Avaya/Nortel, Cisco, Genesys
- Good knowledge and understanding of: Mobile telephony (providers, service models, standards etc.)
