VOICE OPS ENGINEER

One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a VOICE OPS ENGINEER for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE VOICE OPS ENGINEER WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Experience as an ops engineer is mandatory.
- Experience as a voice ops engineer is preferred.
- Good understanding of dial plans and call centre routing is preferred
- Extended knowledge of the Linux stack
- Knowledge of network operating.
- A minimum of four years professional experience, relevant for or comparable to this job

THE VOICE OPS ENGINEER WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define, implement and maintain accounts and phone numbers
- Define, implement and maintain RBAC for Twilio Telephony users
- Maintain monitoring solutions, reports and dashboards
- Participate in incident resolution
- Assist Twilio and Verizon with incident resolution
- You will be working together with the developers and the business analyst in the team.
- You will need to support in implementation and maintenance of the Twilio platform capabilities for Telephony within the company.
