Voice Network Support Engineer/Operations Engineer,
A leading telecoms carrier based in Brussels are searching for a Voice Network Support Engineer/Operations Engineer to provide second line support and deploy new service and perform maintenance on the network.
The successful candidate will provide support for all voice products (Sonus & Dialogic NGN platforms, SBC, VoLTE etc) and interact with the 1st line team, vendors & service provide to restore performance.
We are looking for voice engineers form a mobile or carrier background with strong knowledge of telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI telecom standards/protocols (SS7/ISUP, VoIP/SIP,RTP,MGCP protocols etc.)
Applicants should have practical experience of troubleshooting the NGN platforms, Sonus or Dialogic switch/ACME SBC. In addition you should have operational knowledge of Unix/SQL commands and knowledge of transmission.
