- Extensive experience in Cisco TelephonyTechnologies
- Experience working in an large and complex enterprise environments
- You will have practical experience in converged communications technologies and protocol analysis
- You will have experience with Cisco Contact Centre Express.
- Proven analysis and problem solving skills.
- You will have CNNP Voice certifications or ideally CCIE Voice.
- You will hold a current Victorian drivers licence.
