The Level 2 Voice Engineer will be responsible for handling and supporting voice related changes including Unity Connection voicemail configuration as well as standard and agent user configuration within both the Call Managerescalate issues impacting multiple users, engage third party vendors for support as required.
- Coordinate resolution of issues escalated to product manufacturers.
- Support documentation of process and procedures as required.
- Demonstrate continual focus on process enhancement and improvement.
- Maintain continual awareness and monitor technology, availability, utilization and health.
- Run health checks against in-scope Voice technologies to determine whether any outstanding issues might exist.
- Monitor health check tools so that any alerts are caught thru Event Management and actioned through Incident Management.
