Voice Engineer/Network Engineer (Polycom/Lync/Voice) Short term contract, 4 weeks- Based in Brussels, Europe.URGENT ROLE for 4 weeksAttractive hourly pay/Market ratesSmartsourcing have a short term vacanacy for a Voice/Polycom/Lync Engineer to work for a Global organisation.

- Experience with analog/digital voice technologies (PSTN/E1/ISDN/PRI/BRI)
- Experience with Lync 2013 Enterprise Voice configurations
- Experience with Lync 2013 Edge services
- Experience with Polycom VVX 200/400 handsets and provisioning
- Experience with VOIP network concepts (QOS, packet flows, SIP, SRTP)
- Experience with AudioCode Session Border Controllers (SBC) and Media Gateways
- Experience with IP Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wireshark, packet decoding, routing and switching)

DUTIES:

Position is to troubleshoot end-to-end voice services and have the knowledge and experience to handle voice routing, dial plans, Caller/Callee manipulations, Polycom handsets functioning as an external Lync client via a Lync 2013 Edge Servers and reverse proxies. Must be able to react quickly to resolve telephony issues and coordinate with external entities that peer with the enterprise voice capabilities (PSTN providers, PBX owners, System Administrators)
