Voice Engineer - Nice/Trader Voice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Voice Engineer to join a global investment bank.

My client is looking for a Voice Recording Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

*Develop integration plan for current voice recording platform into new e-discovery platform
*Define and Execute plan to reduce current TCO of Compliance Voice Recording, via sourcing opportunities and platform optimization
*Conduct market analysis of Compliance Voice Recording platforms as it relates to trader voice, Standard VOIP and Lync Voice.
*Develop a Strategic Roadmap for Compliance Voice Recording that focuses on cost optimization while exposing automation opportunities for technology assisted review

Candidates will ideally possess the following:
*Extensive Experience in Voice Networks
*Extensive Experience with Nice compliance recording
*Experience with Trader Voice Platforms
*Financial Services Experience essential as it relates to regulations around voice recording
*Knowledge of SIP networking
*Knowledge of Microsoft Lync 2010 (2013 Beneficial but not required)
*Product Management background beneficial
*Experience with Technology Assisted Review toolings and techniques as it relates to Voice
*Experience interacting with C level management beneficial
