Voice Engineer - Based Brussels - Attractive Market Rate

BASED BRUSSELS, VOICE ENGINEER, VOIP, PBX, WIRESHARK, CURRENT SC CLEARANCE

Due to the urgency of the start date current SC Level Clearance is required, otherwise eligibility to undergo.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major client in Brussels for an experienced Voice Engineer with the following skills:

Must have experience with:

-Voice technologies to include Legacy PBX capabilities such as hunt groups, twining, call waiting, etc.
-VOIP protocols SIP, RTSP, call-signalling, media data flows, and QOS
-Network troubleshooting, including Wireshark
-Voice Sessions Border Controllers (SBCs) [preferably AudioCodes Mediant 4000/1000/800]
-Dial plans, Call routing, Session Manipulation
-Capable of working with service provider to configure gateway settings for interoperability
-Survivable Branch Appliances [AudioCodes is highly desired]

Preferred experience

-Lync Server 2013 configuration and maintenance
-Polycom VVX phone integration with Lync
-Polycom VTC (RMX, DMA, and PCCS) integration with Lync
-Configuration of Polycom VVX advanced features such as boss/admin call handling, shared line appearances, private line, and hunt groups
-Experience with Fax over IP (FOIP) Servers/protocols
