Voice Engineer
You will be responsible for the installation, management & support of the Voice Infrastructure.
You will be part of a dynamic team working on several projects
You will be responsible for the management & the deployment of:
- A Lync infrastructure.
- A call centre (CIC from Interactive Intelligent) infrastructure.
You will be responsible for the layer 3 support of the Voice infrastructure (Lync and CIC).
Skills & Experience
- Civil/industrial engineer or University Master or equivalent experience
- Min. 8 years of professional experience and Expertise in Voice system environments
- Able to create and follow a RFP process
- Expert in Lync 2010 from Microsoft and CIC from Interactive Intelligence
- Knowledge of Voice over IP Technology
- Fluent Dutch, French and English
