Voice & Data Support Engineer

Our client is a large and well known financial institution in Dublin who currently requires a Voice and Data Engineer to join their existing team. This is a 6 month contract job that calls for an experienced engineer with a minimum of 2 years supporting Avaya PBX & Nortel systems.
You will be responsible for supporting multiple sites for the modern Dublin offices in the heart of Dublin city centre.
PLEASE SEE BELOW THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THIS POSITION
Monitor Virtual Tech queues for all supported sites.
Complete move add and change requests received via Resolve IT system within SLO.
Maintain tidy telecom patch frames
Review and Update documentation
Maintain structured cabling.
Maintain telephone cabling.
Complete system checks and backups for all supported sites.
Adhere too and update processes and procedures.
Assist with Voice and Data Projects
