My client is looking for a highly efficient Administrator with a great telephone manner, to assist in supporting a Regional Manager with in-coming and out-going phone calls and data auditing.

Stakeholder and customer management will play a big part of this role, so great communication, interpersonal and organisation skills are a must.

You should be skilled in the use of: 
- MS Access Database 
- MS Word
- MS Excel

You should have experience of: 
- Organising meetings, events and minute-taking 
- Updating and maintaining records and databases 
- Spreadsheets, formulas and budget analysis 
- Report writing, mail merge.
