JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, the consultant will be part of the Infrastructure Team and will work closely with the following teams:
-Network and Storage teams to create/support the virtual platform.
-Project Management Office to technically assist in project work.
-Architecture to assist in VMware and related designs.
-Various application teams as part of performance evaluation and tuning.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
-vSphere and vCenter.
-Distributed virtual switch configuration.
-HA, DRS, server and storage vMotion
-VMware infrastructure related network configuration and troubleshooting.
-Capacity management and system tuning
-Experience with automation and innovate on using scripts is a must.
