-Troubleshooting from problems within the virtual environment
-2nd and 3rd level on-duty support in non-office hours
-Support in the building of new environments and architectures
-Knowledge of and experience with large VMware vSphere 4/5 environments (at least 10 VMware ESXi hosts) including functions like VMware vMotion, VMware HA, VMware DRS
-Knowledge of and experience with migrating servers (P2V, V2V)
-Knowledge of and experience with x86-Hardware (Hewlett-Packard Blade Infrastructure)
-Knowledge of and experience with at least one additional OS (Windows Server 2008R2, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Suse Linux)
-Knowledge of and experience with automating VMware tasks using scripts (e.g. VMA, Perl, PowerShell)
-Experience of working in an ITIL orientated company is a plus
