Under the responsibility of the Systems Manager, s/he worked with various Projects Managers who lead projects aimed at development of the information system and with the Operations Manager to ensure the availability of services and manages the production plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Systems Analyst is in collaboration with architects, guaranteeing the consistency of the infrastructure throughout its various developments both in terms of availability of performance. This responsibility requires that they play a supporting role in the Software Factory and Operations, including in their relations with the ASP (Application Service Provider) partners, ESP (Operations Service Provider) and ISP (Infrastructure Service Provider).

Their scope covers the hardware, the base OS and its components, standard software, and security.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Summary of Key Responsibilities

- System Analyst analyzes and evaluates existing systems and/or offered by partners. It assists Skills Centres Leaders in the evaluation of solutions developed with partners;
- System Analyst may take some RFC "Infrastructure" as RFC lead;
- Make recommendations on changes in the operating system, basic software's and hardware;
- System Analyst conducts technical studies on the development of systems to determine feasibility, cost, charge and timing;
- System Analyst ensures the availability and quality of the detailed documentation of IT Infrastructure (diagrams, flowcharts, ...).

It ensures the consistency and accuracy of the technical documentation on all options taken by the ISP and ESP partners;

- System Analyst helps to validate the operation and operating procedures proposed by the partner systems;
- System Analyst performs technology watches and is an expert on issues related to infrastructure.

Capacities

- Strong analytical and critical
- Organized and structured;
- Great writing skills;
- Proficiency in Windows, VmWare and Citrix environments.
- Knowledge of the main features configuration Wintel Servers (settings, monitoring, ...)
- Understanding the characteristics of configuring network environments (TCP/IP Routers, Switches, Firewalls ...)

PERSONAL SKILLS:

- Master a perfect national and good knowledge of other languages. Fluency in English technique.
