Visual Designer for Mobile Devices

VISUAL DESIGNER, GRAPHIC DESIGN, INTERACTION DESIGN, SOFTWARE PRODUCT DESIGN, WINDOWS PHONE AND ANDROID

eCRM Euro is seeking a Visual Designer to work on a variety of projects including mobile applications and platforms. This person should have background in the design mobile applications and platform design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging and brand-consistent experiences across Windows phone, Android, IOS and Web for phones, desktops, tablets and other devices
Work in Tandem with other designers and software engineers in an agile environment
Communicate concepts through visuals, sketches, diagrams and interactive prototypes
Communicate and promote your design solutions to senior management and team mates, including engineers, product managers, partners, etc.
Present and defend designs at key milestones.
Work with cross-functional, globally located teams to manage and deliver designs on time, as well as champion the best possible user experience for our customers
Experience working with a team of designers within a studio environment to create high fidelity Visual and Interaction and Motion designs

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
At least 10 years of experience in designing and shipping software products
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Software Product Design, or equivalent
Portfolio of compelling visual design work
Fluency in current graphic design practices and mobile/web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Some knowledge of Adobe after Effects and Expression Blend is a plus.
Experience designing and working with developers for mobile ecosystems like Windows phone and Android
Possess strong ability to think conceptually about design
Some experience in major aspects of product definition, ie developing user profiles, use scenarios, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture
Ability to create interactive prototypes in the sense of rapid prototyping
Strong conceptual skills
A passion for design, an obsessive attention to detail, and a proven ability to communicate with others.
Familiarity with design trends, best practices and design standards for a variety of platforms
Ability to intelligently present and positively critique design concepts during team reviews and stake holder meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
