Visual Designer - Banking & Finance - Sydney CBD

TEAM DESCRIPTION

The Visual Design and User Experience team is responsible for ensuring their customers' needs and expectations are met and exceeded through their digital assets. The team uses research to determine what their customers need from online banking and wealth management and how the various digital assets can proactively help customers with their financial management.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- 7 + years of strong visual design skills with interface design for digital products and services
- High attention to detail, knowledge of interaction and usability principles & understanding of Front End development capabilities.
- Delivering truly customer centric customer value proposition which is fully aligned with that articulated in the company's digital strategies
- Development of innovative interface designs, typography, and data visualization for responsive interfaces, as well as mobile and tablet applications
- Proposing interface improvement based on regular reviews of customer insights information
- Working closely across project teams including UX Designers, UX Research Designers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and off-shore IT teams within an Agile methodology.
