Visual Designer

Context
Design visually appealing (digital) interfaces for the new services of our internet and mobile banking applications

Function Description
The visual designer is responsible for turning concepts and ideas into high quality screens and components that are visually appealing and highly user friendly on mobile, desktop and other applications (e.g. ATM).
The visual designer focuses on the aesthetics of the applications and its related materials by strategically implementing designs, images, colors, fonts, and other elements. He is responsible for enhancing the content of a page or a function by engaging users and helping to build trust, brilliant user experience and interest in the brand. He will ensure alignment with the corporate identity.
He works closely with the product owner, the usability expert and the development team.
Typical activities:
° Participate to ideation and requirements gathering workshops
° Participate to regular design/development meetings
° Support the design of wireframes
° Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes
° Design (responsive) key screens for mobile, desktop and other applications (e.g. ATM)
° Create and ensure the styling of the brand
° Consult, understand and reuse existing interactive and visual components
° Create new visual and interactive components when needed
° Ensure visual and UX consistency

° Style Guides
° Vector icons
° Moodboarding
° Image hunting
