For our client in FRIBOURG we are looking for a VISION CARE SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR for a 5-MONTH contract.

DURATION: 30/07/2018 TO 31/12/2018

LOCATION: FRIBOURG

WORKLOAD: 100%

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Achieve operational and customer excellence by coordinating for Vision Care Trading, inter-company inventory movements for all Vision Care Trading locations, ensuring processes are compliant with internal controls, with trading laws and that inventory is financially and physically sound, as well as providing customer service by executing against agreed market strategies within the correct cost and time frame.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Provide operational excellence by managing for Vision Care Trading all transactions for inbound and outbound shipments into or out of Vision Care Trading contract and toll locations, including returns. To ensure the transactions are processed in different systems properly
. Ensure compliance to Vision Care Trading month-end and year-end financial reporting requirements, adhering to reporting timetables with accurate and punctual clearance of transactions to achieve operational excellence
. Act as controller for destroyed goods at all Vision Care Trading locations. To ensure clarity and continuity in reporting between all contract and toll locations while meeting Vision Care Trading internal controls
. Manage and approve market returns mainly from EMEA region, maintain return policy and ensure compliance of return approval process
. Ensure supply chain and trading environment compliance with appropriate regulatory authorities and laws including customs, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Financial Controllers Manual (NFCM), etc. This includes the proper coordination, implementation and overseeing the execution of the required procedures. Responsible of month end inventory reconciliation by supplying and analysing data to ensure SAP and other inventory locations systems match both in value and volume. Where applicable help identify root cause for any differences and support implementing fixes or process improvements
. Provide customer and operational excellence by supporting all product launches/extensions/discontinuations/special promotions for EMEA Region
. Provide operational support for the Easy ordering system and daily monitoring of open transactions for supply chain in SAP which includes error messages analysis, ticket follow up and issues resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

. Higher Education in Supply Chain or Business Administration
. Health Care/Medical Device industry
. Inventory controls/Transport/Freight Management
. Worked several year in an international trading organization
. Experience in Finance and Marketing is advantageous
. Fluent in spoken and written English
. The candidate must be competent in Outlook, Word, Excel and experienced user in order processing in an ERP system (eg SAP, AS400, Oracle, )
. Efficient and effective communication to management and to the team
. Demonstrate ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with geographically or functionally dispersed teams.
