our client requires the services of an experienced Desktop publishing Administrator to work a 6 month contract based in central London in the banking sector.
The key skills of the role are strong PowerPoint and Visio skills - candidates will be tested on their skills at interview stage.
Key tasks:
- Production of high quality presentation collateral; primarily Visio and PowerPoint pitches and presentations with clear and consistent messaging and appealing visual content
- Translating ideas and data into a logical and visually engaging format
- Formatting of text, graphic elements, numerical data and charts in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ensuring all presentations and templates adhere to the BNP Paribas' high standards
- Maintaining brand standards and consistency of design across presentation materials and templates
- Advanced MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word and Visio skills - 2010 version
- Ability to construct high quality presentation collateral with clear and consistent messaging
