VIRTUALIZATION ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- VMware vSphere Enterprise 5.x to 6.x
- Cisco UCS
- Windows Server 2008 to 2012, SLES/RHEL Linux

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for day to day operations, escalation handling, cross-technology platform analytics
- Re-architecture task processing driven by global stabilization initiative, in multiple enterprise data centers hosting external customer facing systems
- Successful operation of VMware vSphere HA/DRS clustered environments running primarily on Cisco UCS blade architecture
- Meet growth demand needs via implementing extensions of existing infrastructure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 5 years VMware vSphere Enterprise 5.x to 6.x experience
- 5 years Cisco UCS End to End Architecture (blades, chassis/IOM, rack mount, fabric InterconnecT) experience
- Expertise with Windows Server 2008 to 2012, SLES/RHEL Linux, General server-class hardware/software
- Working Knowledge of Shared Enterprise Storage (NFS and SAN protocols, Netapp, EMC, Hitachi etc.)
- Working Knowledge of Data Center Network Topology & Administration (Cisco, Arista, Juniper)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
