VIP Support Analyst

A Technical / Application Support Analyst is required to join the VIP Support Team within a Tier 1 Investment Bank.

The successful candidate will be required to provide global and regional VIP support to all aspects of IT related queries to a VIP customer base, including CEOs, COO's, CIO's & CFO's of multiple environments.

Sound all-round IT knowledge and strong relationship management skills are key as the function acts as a central point of contact between the customer and other teams within I.T.

Perform daily, routine checks ensuring proactive steps are taken to remedy issues before the customer is aware. Attention to detail and integrity of data are an essential part of this process.

Remote and local VIP traveller setups and home visits are also significant components of the role. Other responsibilities include:

* Resolve first line IT problems via phone and remote control software for VIP users Globally
* Resolve 2nd Line IT problems
* Provide first class Support to our VIP Users while they are travelling globally
* Liaise with 2nd/3rd line teams to ensure resolution of complex IT issues, to ensure delivery of service to the business.

Flexibility with working hours and shifts essential. On call required. Some international travel required. This role will pay up to £65000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits, but the base will be dependant on experience.
