Video Production Coordinator

VIDEO PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Video Production Coordinator is required for a leading international online media services provider to join the UK Video Content &Production team on an initial 6 months contract basis with potential extension. 

My Client is constantly growing its video production work internationally and therefore the team requires a new addition to support the UK based International video production team as it delivers original video packages online.

The ideal candidates for the Video Production Coordinator role will be hyper organized with exceptional social and communication skills and an understanding of online video production.

The right candidate will:
-          Be able to demonstrate experience with content development, scheduling and budgeting
-          Be a team player with great  organizational and communication skills
-          Have experience with Microsoft Office and web content publishing tools
-          Have degree in Journalism, Communications or a combination of work experience and education in a related field
-          Have some media experience perhaps previously working as a runner or in some sort of production background

Key Responsibilities will include:
-          Working proactively with the company's channel team  to ensure the video production pipeline is smooth, the locations and freelancers are booked, footage is sourced, music usage reported and other logistics covered
-          Elements of content uploading, guest researching and briefing and video format brainstorming
-          Maintaining video production diary
-          Being the primary coordinator of all logistics around creation of original video
-          Having the knowledge of video formats and codecs enough to troubleshoot and deal with issues that may arise
-          Being the main contact for use of the Company's studio
