Video Editor Job

VIDEO EDITOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, Washington.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Video editing
- Experience operating the camera for live events and shoots
- Ability to do light motion graphics and audio work

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- You will be responsible for working with product teams to showcase their work
- Consult with the internal client and then make edit decisions on your own to best tell their story.
- Be able to work with short turnaround times and also longer projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5+) years of video editing experience. Please include a link to your portfolio.
- Experience operating the camera for live events and shoots
- Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- General knowledge of three-point lighting set-up.
- Understanding of the creative process, including storyboards, ripomatics, pre-vis and script writing.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with the videogame and/or tech industries.
- Experience with the entire Adobe suite of products.
- Strong technical expertise, including cameras, editing software, data storage and networking.
