Video Conference Specialist for a Multinational Client in the Hague/Ne

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VIDEO CONFERENCE SPECIALIST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE HAGUE/NETHERLANDS.

The applicant should advise the client on the design and build of the infrastructure, but also participate in the implementation and the early stages of operations of a new solution.

TASKS

- Design, build, implement and operate a VoIP solution/infrastructure
- Build the infrastructure in Tandem with a video-conferencing solution based on (and being compatible with) the same technology
- Make recommendations for changes and improvements
- Deliver high quality documentation and communication in English fluently
- Train other support staff

PROFILE

- It is absolutely mandatory that the applicant has previous, proven experience of the implementation of Voice Over IP solutions, based on Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business, CISCO, Tandberg technology at, at least, two different client sites within the past 5 years.
- Experience video gateways (Bluejeans or Pexip);
- Experience with Checkpoint Firewalls desirable;
- Experience with scheduling systems (Tandberg Management System TMS)
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to see an issue through from start to finish;
- A meticulous and rigorous approach to own work, and that of others;
- An ability to combine consultancy-level skills with being fully hands-on and operational as required;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation and to work within a team;
- Articulate in explaining technical matters to any audience;
- The ability to work and maintain poise under pressure;
- The ability to work autonomously when required within the boundaries and
- Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- A working knowledge of German and/or French would be considered an advantage.
