A global Oil & Gas Manufacturing and Services company is currently seeking a VP of Service Operations to join their team in Houston,TX. The company is a leading global manufacturer of mission critical, complex, stocked and custom oilfield products and related after-market technical services, for use onshore and offshore.

Job Description:

* Responsibility includes P&L planning and execution, resource allocation, and overall vision and strategies.
* Lead service delivery infrastructure for the Flow Equipment business line
* Ordering fulfillment as well as aftermarket service operations
* Expand the scope of products and services offered to the stimulation and invention industry
* Manage eight service center facilities and mobile fleets across the US
* Responsible for customer satisfaction within the operational scope.
* Manage finished goods inventory through service center network
* Work with sales group to meet customers' needs and help grow the business
* Drives the safety culture and cost efficiencies through quality improvement efforts.
* Manages employee performance, development, and training.
* Assist the Sr. Vice President in the preparation of operating plans, annual budgets, staffing and organizational requirements.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree
* Strong leadership and analytical abilities
* Track record in managing geographically diverse service organizations
* Reporting and process management discipline
* Knowledge of pressure pumping equipment is desirable
* Experience with (selling to or working for) oil field service companies is required
